Capilano Community League Hall is community league hall available for rentals and neighborhood events. The programming spans Private events, community events, and small bands, giving artists a clear sense of what already works in the room. Rental information confirms an 80-person hall and named rental contact. From a player's standpoint, 80-person hall suitable for community and private events; full-band production specifications were not. Capacity is listed as 80. This is more of a flexible event-rental opportunity than a built-in concert room, so the strongest acts will be comfortable bringing or adapting their own production. This works best when the artist or organizer is prepared to shape the event, not just show up to a turnkey club.

Balwin Community Hall is a flexible private-event room with a sound system and optional microphone/audio equipment. It is best suited to dances, celebrations and live entertainment that can adapt to an event-hall layout rather than rely on a permanent stage. Compact bands and performers with straightforward production needs should find the setup workable.
Read the whole thingBannerman Community Hall seats about 140 theatre-style or 125 with tables, giving it a modest but useful event-room scale. Bands should expect to supply portable stage and PA production, making self-contained performers the easiest fit. The room works best for private functions and community entertainment rather than a plug-and-play concert.
