CULXR House

Harney Street Tavern is a downtown bar with a straightforward live-band program, especially on weekends. Its published booking contact makes it unusually easy for working bands to pitch a date directly rather than relying on a generic contact form.

Copacabana is a cigar-and-cocktail lounge with weekend lounge music, leather chairs, a humidor, and shows most often Wednesday through Saturday. The room’s identity is relaxed, adult, and social: people come for cigars, drinks, conversation, and a little escape from the sort of evening that involves fluorescent lighting and an inbox. Public review excerpts praise the cigar-and-cocktail experience, drink selection, and inviting lounge atmosphere. That points toward music with control rather than brute force. Jazz, soul, blues, acoustic roots, bossa, lounge-oriented covers, singer-songwriters, and compact duos should understand the assignment: make the room feel more alive, not more crowded. A cigar lounge has its own pace, and a band that fights it is just playing louder inside someone else’s idea of a good night. Booking is preferred by email. Performers bring their own sound system and all necessary gear, so advance power, speaker placement, floor plan, volume limits, load-in, parking, set time, breaks, payment, food or drink arrangement, merchandise, and settlement. The listing does not publish a house engineer, backline, ticketing, or compensation terms. Confirm the practical picture before anyone begins carrying equipment past the humidor. Copacabana is a lounge-music opportunity for artists with tasteful dynamics and a polished, intimate set. Bring a compact rig, songs that can sit comfortably beside a cocktail, and enough restraint to make the room feel curated rather than conquered.

O'Leaver's Pub is a long-running independent Omaha music bar with a strong reputation for local and touring bands. The room is a natural fit for rock, punk, roots and other club-oriented acts that work well in an intimate bar setting.
