DJD Dance Centre is a purpose-built Calgary performance facility with a roughly 230-seat theatre and a deep connection to live jazz through Decidedly Jazz Danceworks. Jazz and contemporary musicians fit the space especially well because live music is integrated into professional dance productions rather than treated as an afterthought. Players should expect a focused audience and a disciplined theatrical environment. The venue is 21+.
