Dream Away Lodge is a live-performance stop in Becket, Massachusetts, while final capacity and age rules remain show-specific. The Dream Away Lodge has been a Berkshire legend for more than 90 years. Rumored to have been a brothel and speakeasy during the great depression, this two hundred year old farmhouse at the edge of October Mountain State Forest is renown for its larger than life founders,. The Dream Away Lodge calendar is open to All Genres. Dream Away Lodge handles booking by email, and submissions should include original material. Dream Away Lodge’s production package is not confirmed, so PA, monitoring, backline, and staffing need direct agreement. Arrow Street Arts is independent Cambridge performing-arts venue presenting theatre, music, comedy and other live events.. Musically, Bluegrass, Folk, Theatre, and related styles fit naturally with the programming here. For musicians, the theater setting puts more attention on musicianship, pacing, stagecraft, and a complete show. A seated audience also rewards detail and a deliberate presentation. Arrow Street Arts is best suited to performers that understand the room, adapt their dynamics to the audience, and approach the date as a specific venue fit rather than a generic booking. Overall, it offers musicians a distinct performance setting where the live show can become a meaningful part of the audience experience. Acts that prepare for the venue’s format and crowd are likely to make the strongest impression. A concise, well-paced set and professional transitions will help the performance feel complete. Strong audience awareness can make the difference between simply playing the room and truly connecting with it.
