Laurier Heights Community League – Laurier Room

Avonmore Community League Hall is small community hall available for private and community rentals, with tables/chairs, kitchen and parking. The programming spans Community events, acoustic, and small acts, giving artists a clear sense of what already works in the room. Hall information confirms active rentals, a 40-person capacity and a dedicated rental coordinator. From a player's standpoint, 40-person rentable hall; no permanent stage or full-band production specifications are published. Capacity is listed as 40. For an open-air crowd, community events, acoustic, and small acts gives the venue enough range to work for both dedicated listeners and casual visitors. For the right band, the setting itself becomes part of the draw.

Balwin Community Hall is a flexible private-event room with a sound system and optional microphone/audio equipment. It is best suited to dances, celebrations and live entertainment that can adapt to an event-hall layout rather than rely on a permanent stage. Compact bands and performers with straightforward production needs should find the setup workable.

Bannerman Community Hall seats about 140 theatre-style or 125 with tables, giving it a modest but useful event-room scale. Bands should expect to supply portable stage and PA production, making self-contained performers the easiest fit. The room works best for private functions and community entertainment rather than a plug-and-play concert.
