1831 Bar & Lounge is a steampunk-inspired downtown room that runs on late-night club energy, with house, hip-hop, rap and Top 100 music in the mix. The 21+ crowd is there to socialize and move, so DJs need to favor momentum over subtlety. The room makes sense for performers who are comfortable treating the night as a party rather than a concert.

Mission Dupont is a bar and restaurant with several event spaces and music-capable private rooms. The 21+ setting supports DJ, party and mixed event programming more naturally than a dedicated concert format. Performers who can adapt to private functions, nightlife and social dining should have a clearer lane than artists needing a fixed stage and attentive audience.
