1831 Bar & Lounge is a steampunk-inspired downtown room that runs on late-night club energy, with house, hip-hop, rap and Top 100 music in the mix. The 21+ crowd is there to socialize and move, so DJs need to favor momentum over subtlety. The room makes sense for performers who are comfortable treating the night as a party rather than a concert.

REALM Rooftop Bar & Lounge is a Shaw rooftop built around recurring DJs, private events and late-night programming. House, Afro House and R&B sit naturally in the 21+ setting, where the skyline and social atmosphere are as much part of the night as the music. DJs who can keep a fluid rooftop crowd engaged without forcing peak-club intensity should fit best.
