Los 2 Compadres in Pleasant Grove is a Mexican restaurant and bar that incorporates live music into its entertainment mix. Latin, retro, rock, pop, and live-band programming all fit the venue, and the space has hosted full-band events in addition to regular restaurant service. The performance environment is social and food-centered rather than concert-only, so bands need to work comfortably around dining and conversation. Its broad musical profile makes it especially suitable for upbeat groups with familiar, danceable material.

The Rock Bowl at Sand Hollow Resort is an outdoor private-resort performance venue with a concert-oriented setup and full-band programming. Rock, pop and tribute acts are a natural fit because the space is designed for audiences who are there specifically to watch a show. Bands with a polished stage presentation and a complete concert set should get more from this room than casual bar acts.
