Venue review
The musician's read
Trees is a legendary Deep Ellum concert venue with roughly 700-person capacity and an active calendar of local and national bands. The room is built for full-scale club shows with professional sound, lighting, and a standing audience focused on the stage. Rock, metal, alternative, indie, hip-hop, electronic, punk, and touring club acts all fit naturally. For musicians, Trees is a serious mid-size target that requires real draw or a strong support slot. A polished concert set, professional advance work, and stage presence are essential. The 700-capacity scale makes it a major step above small bars without reaching theater territory. Trees is one of Dallas’ strongest targets for established regional bands and touring artists ready for a recognized Deep Ellum stage.
